Your Purpose Into Practice.
Mindset coaching for women in their second act.
Human-ing is hard. And messy. And beautiful.
We experience failure and loss. We live with regrets. We are caught up in “the grind” of more, better + someday.
We carry the pressure of competing demands of work, family, partnership, finances + our own well-being.
We struggle to meet the expectation for women to “have it all.”
And we pretend we are ok with that - but really we feel disconnected, burnt out + resigned.
The good news? It’s not you. It’s how institutions + systems have been designed for us, not by us. To disempower us. To wear us down. To suppress our creativity.
In the face of all of this, you can uncover + reconnect with your purpose.
To awaken your creativity. To live authentically + fully self-expressed. To discover how to make a difference - in life, in work, in your communities.
And put it into practice. So you can experience freedom + joy.
And so the world can work for everyone.
“Find out who you are, and do it on purpose. ”

Hi, I’m Sue
I'm a catalyst for change, a late-life solo mom + a coach who understands that life's most profound transformations emerge from life’s biggest breakdowns. (And I’ve had many!) With three decades of experience leading and consulting with social impact organizations, I've learned that true leadership isn't about controlling the narrative — it's about listening, adapting + creating spaces where people can break through their own limitations.
My journey to motherhood at 45 was anything but conventional. In 2015, I became a foster mom to a beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed baby boy — but his story didn’t end with me as his forever mom. Then I stepped into solo parenthood, a decision that completely reshaped my understanding of work, purpose + personal power. (And let’s be straight - it knocked me on my ass.) Now raising a neurodiverse, brilliant, wild daughter has been my most challenging + joyful role yet — teaching me that resilience isn't about perfection, but about embracing our beautifully imperfect stories.
I work across creative, social justice + personal development modalities. I don't just help women navigate transitions — I walk alongside them, drawing from my own experiences of resistance and growth. I've gone from someone who shied away from her own power to a connector who builds communities + helps people reach beyond what they thought possible.
One of my proudest achievements has been as the co-founder of the Swish Ally Fund at Stonewall Community Foundation — the first donor-advised fund created by LGBTQ+ allies. This work reflects my own lie’s purpose: creating platforms that amplify marginalized voices + celebrate diverse paths to belonging.
I believe that every woman has an extraordinary story waiting to be unleashed. Whether you're a mom in transition, an emerging leader, or someone seeking to rewrite your narrative, I'm here to help you tap into your most authentic, powerful self.
