I'm a catalyst for change, a late-life solo mom, and a coach who understands that life's most profound transformations often emerge from unexpected paths. With three decades of experience leading and consulting with social impact organizations, I've learned that true leadership isn't about controlling the narrative—it's about listening, adapting, and creating spaces where people can break through their own limitations.
My journey to motherhood at 45 was anything but traditional. Nine years ago, I became a foster mom to a beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed baby boy - his story didn’t end with me as his forever mom. But I stepped into solo parenthood, a decision that completely reshaped my understanding of work, purpose, and personal power. Now raising a neurodiverse, brilliant, wild daughter has been my most challenging and joyful leadership role—teaching me that resilience isn't about perfection, but about embracing our beautifully imperfect stories.
As a trauma-informed coach, I work across creative, social justice, and personal development modalities. I don't just help women navigate transitions—I walk alongside them, drawing from my own experiences of resistance, growth, and unexpected leadership. I've gone from someone who shied away from her own power to a connector who builds communities and helps teams reach beyond what they thought possible.
One of my proudest achievements was co-founding the Swish Ally Fund at the Stonewall Community Foundation—the first community fund created by LGBTQ+ allies. This work reflects my deeper commitment: creating platforms that amplify marginalized voices and celebrate diverse paths to belonging.
I believe that every woman has an extraordinary story waiting to be unleashed. Whether you're a mom in transition, an emerging leader, or someone seeking to rewrite your narrative, I'm here to help you tap into your most authentic, powerful self.
